The DCFX1 stripper will strip round magnet and enamel wires with any type of film insulation, including Formvar, nylon, polythermaleze and varnish The variable speed power unit controls the speed. Insulation is cleanly removed but the wire conductor is not damaged. This tool is ideal for the production and repair stripping of armatures, coils, chokes, transformers, relays, solenoids, etc. The optional Bench Kit enables all models to be used as bench mounted machines.

The DCFX Series from The Eraser Company includes a wide range of wire strippers and twisters.

Models DCFX1, DCFX3, and DCFX5 use centrifugal force to cleanly remove the insulation from round magnet and enamel wire. Combined, these units can strip wire from 35-9 gauge. These models are also available in a drilled through version for infinite strip lengths.

The DCFXT uses a twisting head with three fingers to neatly twist together the ends of pre-stripped stranded wires.

The power unit allows for variable speed control, and a switch supports usage in both 115 and 220V.

An optional Bench Kit enables all models to be used as bench machines.
